All services require consultation and medical clearance before treatment.
Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance
- 24-hour cancellation notice is required
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain treatments

- Payment is required at the time of service
- We accept major credit cards and approved financing through Cherry
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Refunds are at the discretion of management
